  1. Place the device around your neck and adjust the electrodes for proper skin contact on both sides.
  2. Open the Pulsetto app on your smartphone (iOS or Android) and select a personalized program (stress, sleep, recovery…).
  3. Start the session and remain relaxed for around 20 minutes.
  4. Repeat the session once or twice daily depending on your needs.

Recommended usage: daily, or during periods of stress, fatigue, or sleep disturbances.

The stimulation is non-invasive, silent, and painless.
