GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS
Effective date: 02 May 2025
1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the IZY.LIFE marketplace (the “Marketplace”), operated by IZY.LIFE Ltd, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Ireland under number 789172, with its registered office at Pod 2, The Old Station House, 15a Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin, A94 T8P8, Ireland.
IZY.LIFE’s global headquarters and innovation hub are located at Parc Saint-Roman, 7 avenue Saint-Roman, 98000 Monaco (the “Monaco Office”), registered with the Monaco Trade and Industry Registry under number RCI 25S10016.
For activities relating to the United States Territory, IZY.LIFE may act through IZY.LIFE LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware (USA), having its principal office at 1007 N Orange St., 4TH Floor 4613, Wilmington DE 19801, USA, EIN 37-2191899 (the "US Company").
IZY.LIFE Ltd, the Monaco Office and the US Company are hereinafter collectively referred to as “IZY.LIFE”, “we”, or “us”.
The Marketplace connects sellers and purchasers, whether businesses or consumers (each, an “User” and, collectively, “Users”) in the fields of longevity, health and preventive care, including but not limited to biotech solutions, medical devices, nutritional supplements and related services.
In this capacity, IZY.LIFE acts as a technical intermediary and provides Users with the following:
For Seller User
- A dedicated environment enabling the Seller to offer its Products to consumer and/or business customers (the “Virtual Store”);
- A dedicated product-management dashboard that provides the Seller with real-time visibility over completed sales, order processing (including stock levels, shipments and returns) and all amounts invoiced through the Marketplace.
For Purchaser User (business or consumer)
- A website interface that allows Purchasers to browse and view the Products listed by Sellers;
- A personal account area that provides access to their personal data and to all orders placed via the Marketplace;
- A contact form through which they may reach IZY.LIFE.
The IZY.LIFE Marketplace therefore functions as a virtual shopping mall where Sellers display their Products and are connected with Purchasers. All buying and selling services are provided exclusively through the Marketplace.
A complete list and description of the Services offered by IZY.LIFE is available on the Marketplace at any time. Consequently, these Terms govern the relationship between IZY.LIFE and any internet user who (i) accesses or uses the Marketplace, (ii) wishes to become a Seller, (iii) uses the contact form, and/or (iv) initiates a purchase on the Marketplace as a Purchaser. They set out the conditions under which IZY.LIFE provides the Services and define the respective rights and obligations of the parties.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreement, letter, offer or other written or oral document relating to the same subject matter. They may be supplemented, where applicable, by a Seller’s own general terms and conditions of sale, which shall prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
1.2 Scope of Application
These Terms apply exclusively to transactions concluded through the Marketplace. By registering and/or using the Marketplace for professional purposes, you (hereinafter, the “Seller” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you are not authorized to use the Marketplace or to buy or sell Products through it.
1.3 Applicable Legal Framework
The Marketplace is contractually and financially operated by IZY.LIFE Ltd (Ireland), while strategic management is conducted from Monaco. All payments are processed by a Payment Service Provider, that is, a licensed payment institution selected by IZY.LIFE to handle Purchaser payments. The current providers are:
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, operating the Stripe Connect solution (stripe.com/fr/connect), authorized inter alia in Ireland;
- PayPal (Europe) SARL et Cie, S.C.A., operating the PayPal for platforms and marketplaces solution (https://www.paypal.com/fr/business/platforms-and-marketplaces), authorized in Luxembourg;
See Article 16 for the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.

3. Acceptance and Amendments
3.1 Acceptance of the Terms
By creating a User Account or listing any Products/Services on the Marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you disagree, you must cease all use of the Marketplace.
Any User who accesses or browses the Marketplace whether as a Seller, a Purchaser or a visitor declares that they have read and expressly accept these Terms without reservation or modification. Any term or condition contrary to these Terms that is invoked by a User shall, unless expressly accepted in writing by IZY.LIFE, be unenforceable against IZY.LIFE.
The version of the Terms applicable is the version in force at the time of each visit or each Order on the Marketplace (unless the Seller has Seller-Specific Terms). Where the Terms are amended, the version applicable will be the version in force on the day the Order is placed (again, unless the Seller’s own terms prevail).
IZY.LIFE further reminds Users that any Order placed via the Marketplace will be definitively validated only once these Terms have been read and accepted. The User acknowledges being fully informed and bound by all the provisions herein. Acceptance is evidenced by ticking the dedicated checkbox at the time of placing the Order.
3.2 Amendments
IZY.LIFE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in order to reflect regulatory, technical or commercial developments. Material changes will be notified by email or directly on the Marketplace. Continued use of the Marketplace after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility and Registration
4.1 Professional Capacity
A Seller may offer Products or Services on the Marketplace only after having executed a Partnership Agreement with IZY.LIFE. More generally, you, as a User, represent that you are acting solely in a professional capacity and that you possess the legal authority to bind your organization. You also warrant that you hold all licenses, permits and registrations required for your business activities.
4.2 Account Creation and Deletion
To list Products or Services, you must create a User Account and provide accurate, up-to-date information (legal name, registration number, contact details, etc.). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for maintaining the security of your account. Likewise, creation of a User Account is mandatory for any Purchaser wishing to buy a Product.
Any User may request deletion of an account at any time by emailing contact@izy.life. Upon receipt of such request, the account—and all associated data except that which must be retained for legal reasons—will be deleted within thirty (30) days.
4.3 Refusal or Suspension
IZY.LIFE may, at its sole discretion, refuse to create or may suspend a User Account (whether Seller or Purchaser) if: (i) your activities breach these Terms; (ii) your Products or Services are inconsistent with the ethical standards or health-/prevention-related purpose of the Marketplace; or (iii) you fail to satisfy compliance requirements (KYC/AML) or the quality standards imposed by IZY.LIFE.
Use of the Marketplace
5.1 Seller Responsibilities
- Accuracy of listings: You must guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all information you publish (titles, descriptions, images, prices).
- Quality and compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Products or Services comply with all applicable standards and regulations (e.g., CE marking, safety, labelling).
- Professional conduct: You undertake to act professionally, respond to enquiries within a reasonable time and fulfil every validated Order under the conditions displayed.
- Regulatory adherence: Products referenced on the Marketplace must strictly comply with all applicable Irish and EU legislation, including laws, decrees, regulations and standards relating to their safety, quality, composition and presentation. The Seller is solely liable for such compliance and assumes all consequences relating to product-liability claims, statutory conformity guarantees and hidden-defect warranties, and shall hold IZY.LIFE harmless from any resulting judgments or claims.
- Intellectual-property warranties: The Seller warrants that its Products are free from any risk of third-party intellectual-property claims (trademarks, patents, designs, etc.) and shall indemnify IZY.LIFE against any action, including for infringement, copyright violation or unfair competition, arising from the use of the Seller’s brand, visual identity or the sale of its Products.
- Stock availability: The Seller must ensure that each Product is available in sufficient quantity.
- Seller availability: The Seller expressly undertakes to inform Purchasers of any event making the Seller temporarily unavailable on the Marketplace, such as absences or holiday periods.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- List Products that infringe intellectual-property rights or violate health regulations;
- Use the Marketplace for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
- Bypass or manipulate Marketplace fees, commissions or payment processes.
5.3 Service /Product Availabilities
- All Services and Products are offered for sale on the IZY.LIFE Marketplace subject to availability. Display of a Service or Product at a given time does not warrant that it will be available at all times. IZY.LIFE reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any Service or Product at any moment.
- Once finalized, the User’s Order constitutes acceptance of the Seller’s offer, confirming the User’s intention to purchase the Services as described on the Marketplace and summarized in the basket; the User accepts the stated price and acknowledges that placing the Order entails an obligation to pay. Consequently, when the User confirms the Order, a Sales Contract is formed, subject to product availability and successful payment, and formalized by the User’s unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
- Purchases made via the Marketplace are intended for personal use only and must not be used in a commercial context or with the intent to derive commercial profit.
6. Listing and Sale
6.1 Product/Service Categories
Only Products or Services relating to preventive health, longevity or associated services may be listed on the Marketplace. IZY.LIFE reserves the right to amend or restrict permitted categories for regulatory, strategic or ethical reasons.
6.2 Stock and Availability
You must keep stock levels accurate and up to date. If a Product becomes unavailable, you must update or remove the listing without delay to prevent invalid Orders.
6.3 Pricing and Taxes
You are free to set your own prices, whether tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive, in accordance with local tax regulations. You alone are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (VAT, etc.). Additional tax information may be requested for compliance purposes (KYC/AML).
6.4 Conditions of Sale / Seller Terms
Products are sold on the Marketplace in the name and on behalf of the Seller, at the price and under the conditions solely determined by the Seller including any discounts or special offers the Seller may choose to apply provided such conditions comply with the Seller Agreement.
Pricing must nevertheless comply with all applicable regulations, particularly EU consumer-protection rules (e.g., on sales periods, commercial transparency or resale-below-cost).
The Seller undertakes to maintain its own Terms and Conditions (Seller-Specific Terms) and to upload them to its Virtual Store so that they are visible and enforceable against Purchasers. The Seller shall make those terms binding on the Purchaser by any means it deems appropriate, including providing a paper copy or emailing them to the Purchaser if necessary.
The Seller further undertakes to comply unreservedly with these Marketplace General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. In the absence of Seller-Specific Terms or where such terms are incomplete or incorrectly stated only these IZY.LIFE General Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable against the Purchaser.
7. Orders and Fulfilment
7.1 Formation of the Contract
Every Order placed by a Purchaser constitutes a direct contract between the Seller and the Purchaser. IZY.LIFE is not a party to that contract and merely provides the technical environment in which it is concluded.
7.2 Shipping and Delivery
The Seller shall:
- provide a valid dispatch timeframe and tracking number;

The Seller may use its own carriers or the IZY.LIFE logistics service (negotiated rates with DHL, Spring, etc.) but remains fully liable for proper delivery.
7.3 Seller Cancellations and Returns
The Seller’s return and refund policy must comply with applicable law and be clearly displayed. The Seller alone is responsible for handling claims in accordance with its stated terms.
8. Payments and Commissions
8.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect, PayPal. The Seller must complete the chosen PSP’s onboarding (KYC/AML) and provide valid banking details. Non-compliance may result in payment suspension.
8.2 IZY.LIFE Commissions
In consideration of the Services provided on the Marketplace, IZY.LIFE earns a Commission on every Product sold by the Seller, calculated on the VAT-inclusive sale price, excluding shipping costs. The applicable rate is set out in the Partnership Agreement and is applied as follows:
- B2B sales: 12 % of the VAT-inclusive price.
- B2C sales: 18 % of the VAT-inclusive price.
The relevant Commission is deducted automatically from each Order. Failure to pay any Commission or subscription fees may result in suspension of the Seller’s account. Commissions remain due to IZY.LIFE where a sale is cancelled for reasons outside IZY.LIFE’s control including automatic cancellation for late dispatch but are refunded to the Purchaser if the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised.
8.3 Payment Flow on the Marketplace
1. The Purchaser buys a Product on the Marketplace.
2. The Payment Service Provider (PSP) handles the financial leg of the transaction.
3. The Purchaser’s card is authorized pending order confirmation by the Seller.
4. The Purchaser’s card is debited.
5. (i) The sale amount minus Commission is credited to the Seller’s PSP wallet within the timeframe set out in Clause 8.4; and (ii) the Commission is paid immediately to IZY.LIFE’s PSP wallet.
All Purchasers must pay by payment card. Online card payments are secured by the PSP; card data is encrypted in transit and is not stored by IZY.LIFE. Card debiting occurs within one week of the Order date. Under EU law, a cardholder’s commitment to pay is irrevocable. If payment fails, the Order is cancelled.
IZY.LIFE uses an escrow-type system managed by the PSP. Payments are governed by the PSP’s terms and privacy policy and, where applicable, by the card issuer’s conditions. IZY.LIFE declines liability for PSP errors. If the card issuer refuses payment, the Purchaser must contact IZY.LIFE customer service to arrange an alternative payment method; otherwise, the sale will be rescinded.
Personal data supplied by the Purchaser is processed in accordance with IZY.LIFE’s privacy and cookie policies. The Purchaser authorizes the PSP to store card data on IZY.LIFE’s behalf to facilitate future orders. IZY.LIFE may request additional ID verification depending on order amount or the cardholder’s address. Purchasers may exercise their rights of access and rectification at any time by contacting dpo@izy.life.
8.4 Payout Timelines
Subject to PSP processing times, funds are released within seven (7) business days after delivery confirmation or expiry of the withdrawal period. IZY.LIFE is not liable for banking delays or compliance checks.
The Seller authorizes the PSP to collect, in the Seller’s name and on its behalf, the transaction price. Following completion of an Order, the PSP credits the Seller’s wallet with the price less Commission, provided full payment has been received from the Purchaser.
Initial shipping costs are remitted to the Seller only if the Purchaser is satisfied or if dissatisfaction was due to the Purchaser’s error and the Product is compliant. Where the Seller offered free shipping, no shipping amount is remitted.
The Seller accepts payment of the transaction price only, to the exclusion of any other sum or interest, and waives any claim to earnings generated while funds are held in escrow. All prices, shipping costs, Commissions and amounts paid to the Seller are VAT-inclusive.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 IZY.LIFE Property
All visual or audio elements of the Marketplace, including the underlying technology, belong to IZY.LIFE, its service providers or certain suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark or patent law. These Terms grant no intellectual-property rights to the User over any element owned by IZY.LIFE.
9.2 Seller Property
The Seller retains rights in its trademarks, images and descriptions but grants IZY.LIFE a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use them for promotion and display on the Marketplace.
9.3 Counterfeit Products
The Seller must not list Products of unknown or doubtful origin and undertakes not to offer counterfeit goods. IZY.LIFE may review any Listing and may require the Seller to provide additional information or images; during verification the Listing may be suspended. IZY.LIFE may remove any Listing for counterfeit Products and, in serious cases, permanently delete the User’s account and take appropriate measures, including legal action, to prevent re-registration. To ensure refunds for affected Purchasers, IZY.LIFE may withhold payout to the Seller concerned. Users shall notify IZY.LIFE immediately upon identifying any non-compliant Listing.
9.4 Claims
In the event of an intellectual-property infringement claim, IZY.LIFE may suspend the relevant Listings pending resolution. Repeated infringements may lead to exclusion from the Marketplace.
10. Confidentiality and Personal Data
10.1 Confidential Information
Any sensitive business information exchanged between you and IZY.LIFE must remain confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or expressly agreed in writing by the parties.
10.2 Personal Data
10.2.1 IZY.LIFE as Data Controller
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR”), IZY.LIFE acts as data controller for any personal data collected in connection with the Services provided on the Marketplace, particularly data collected to create a User Account or process an Order. In this capacity, IZY.LIFE undertakes to comply with all obligations imposed by the GDPR.
The User is informed that the information supplied to IZY.LIFE is essential for the proper performance of the Services described herein and is intended primarily for duly authorized internal staff of IZY.LIFE. Personal data may also be collected when Users post ratings and/or comments about Marketplace Sellers.
By using the Marketplace, the User authorizes IZY.LIFE to carry out any processing necessary for the fulfilment of these Terms in accordance with IZY.LIFE’s privacy policy. The User acknowledges having read, understood and unreservedly accepted that privacy policy, which is appended to these Terms and available at: https://izy.life/content/9-privacy-policy.
IZY.LIFE reminds Users that they have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) over their personal data and may exercise those rights free of charge at any time by emailing dpo@izy.life or via the Marketplace contact form.
10.2.2 Seller as Data Controller
In the context of a Product sale, the Seller is, under the GDPR, the data controller for any personal data collected in the course of that sale. The Seller undertakes to comply with all GDPR obligations and shall handle any Purchaser request (access, deletion, restriction, objection, etc.) relating to data collected during a sale executed on the Marketplace.
11. Warranties and Limitations
11.1 Seller Warranties
You, as Seller, warrant that:
- you hold the legal right to sell each Product or Service offered;
- your Products comply with all applicable standards and regulations; and
- all information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Marketplace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. IZY.LIFE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Marketplace, nor does it guarantee any sales volume.
12. Liability
12.1 General Principles
In connection with any Product sold by a Seller on the Marketplace, the Users acknowledge that IZY.LIFE’s role is limited to facilitating contact between Users. IZY.LIFE never acts as a reseller and never acquires ownership of the Products. Each User acts solely in its own name and on its own behalf and never as agent or representative of IZY.LIFE.
IZY.LIFE is not a party to the Sales Contract concluded between Purchaser and Seller and assumes no liability arising out of or in connection with that contract. The Marketplace merely provides an electronic platform that brings together Sellers and Purchasers for the sale of Products, and IZY.LIFE exercises no control over the execution of such sales. The Sales Contract is therefore concluded exclusively and directly between Purchaser and Seller; IZY.LIFE acts only as a technical intermediary, supplying the website and managing the associated payment flows via the PSP.
Prices and Product descriptions are established under the sole responsibility of the Sellers. IZY.LIFE undertakes to make its best efforts, in accordance with industry standards, to provide the Services diligently; however, its obligation is one of means, not of result, as the User expressly acknowledges. IZY.LIFE’s responsibility is strictly limited to providing the Services described herein, to the exclusion of any other service.
As an online-platform operator, IZY.LIFE cannot be held liable for performance of a Service, and in particular for:
- inaccurate information supplied by Users;
- cancellation or modification of an Order by a User.
12.2 IZY.LIFE Liability Exclusions for Marketplace Sales
IZY.LIFE’s maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total Commissions paid by the Seller during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Because IZY.LIFE does not sell Products; it acts only as a technical intermediary between Purchaser and Seller. The Seller is fully responsible for its Listing and the Product sold. Accordingly:
- IZY.LIFE shall under no circumstances be liable for the content of Listings published by Sellers and gives no express or implied warranty in that respect;
- IZY.LIFE is not a party to the Sales Contract and assumes no liability arising out of or resulting from that contract.
As an online communications service provider, IZY.LIFE agrees to deploy all necessary means to provide the Marketplace and associated Services, but declines all liability for:
- direct or indirect damage suffered by any User (Purchaser or Seller) resulting from Listing content and/or access to, management or use of the Marketplace;
- non-delivery of a Product;
- non-conformity of a Product;
- interruptions, breakdowns, modifications or malfunctions of the Marketplace or associated Services, whatever the medium and irrespective of their origin;
- loss of data or information stored by IZY.LIFE (Sellers must back up their own Listings);
- temporary or permanent inability to access the Marketplace due to third-party technical problems or hacking/attacks;
- abnormal or fraudulent use of the Marketplace or associated Services by any User.
Consequently, the User waives any recourse against IZY.LIFE in the event of proceedings brought by a third party due to the User’s unlawful use or exploitation of the Marketplace or associated Services, any action related to a Listing, or identity theft. The User shall bear all consequences thereof.
More generally, IZY.LIFE’s liability cannot be incurred in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract attributable to the User, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure. Except where otherwise expressly provided, in no event shall IZY.LIFE or its officers, employees or agents be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Marketplace or the Services offered, or from any Marketplace content or other materials accessed or downloaded from the Marketplace, even if IZY.LIFE was aware of the possibility of such damage.
12.3 Seller Liability / Product Warranties
The Seller is liable for product defects, delivery delays and any other failure on its part, subject to the provisions of its own Terms of Sale.
Statutory warranties
For Products sold on the Marketplace, the Seller is liable for lack of conformity and hidden defects. In the case of hidden defects, the Purchaser may rescind the sale or obtain a price reduction in accordance with EU law. Under the legal warranty of conformity, the Purchaser has six (6) months from receipt of the Product to act. During this period, the Purchaser is not required to prove the defect: it is presumed to have existed on delivery, unless incompatible with the nature of the Product or the defect.
To invoke either warranty, the Purchaser may contact the Seller directly via the Marketplace or, if necessary, contact IZY.LIFE at https://izy.life/contact-us, in which case IZY.LIFE will forward the request to the Seller. Under the conformity warranty the Purchaser may choose repair or replacement; return costs for a non-conforming Product are borne by the Seller.
If the Purchaser opts for repair but repair is impossible, the Product will be replaced and a new conformity-warranty period will run for the replacement item. Any period during which the Product is immobilized under warranty suspends the remaining warranty period until delivery of the repaired item.
For hidden defects, the Seller undertakes, at the Purchaser’s choice, to replace the Product (subject to stock availability) or to refund it (return costs borne by the Seller), provided the defect is reported within eight (8) days of its discovery.
In cases of abnormal use (e.g., misuse) the Seller is not obliged to repair, refund or exchange the Product and may invoice labour costs incurred. Likewise, the Purchaser may not challenge conformity on the basis of a characteristic that was specifically disclosed and to which the Purchaser expressly and separately consented on concluding the contract.
Hidden-defect warranty (EU rules)
Under applicable EU law, the Seller is liable for hidden defects that render the Product unfit for its intended use or significantly diminish its use such that the Purchaser would not have bought it, or would have paid less, had they known. The Purchaser may:
- obtain a full refund of the Product price and ancillary costs (e.g., shipping) upon returning the Product; or
- keep the Product and receive a price reduction.
This warranty applies for two (2) years from delivery; the Purchaser must prove the defect existed at delivery.
13. Compliance with Marketplace Rules / Indemnification of IZY.LIFE
The User may benefit from all functionalities of the Marketplace only if the required technical prerequisites are met. In every circumstance, the User undertakes not to perform, while using the Marketplace, any act such as writing, recording, publishing, uploading, transmitting, broadcasting or consulting data or content that is unlawful, contrary to public order, or detrimental to IZY.LIFE or any third party.
Accordingly, the User agrees to:
- Provide accurate information to IZY.LIFE and, where applicable, to Purchasers; promptly update any information published on the Marketplace and bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from a failure to do so;
- Refrain from using a false identity or otherwise misleading IZY.LIFE or others;
- Comply with all applicable laws and respect third-party rights as well as these Terms;
- Use the Marketplace and Services fairly and solely for their intended purpose, in accordance with legal and industry practice; in particular, not to post comments that are obscene, insulting, defamatory or injurious to the reputation of other Users, nor upload photographs containing inappropriate content (violence, invasion of privacy, nudity, etc.);
- Respect all intellectual-property rights in content provided by IZY.LIFE, by Sellers and by third parties; no User may reproduce or communicate such content to the public via the Marketplace without the rights-holder’s consent where required;
- Refrain from misappropriating or attempting to misappropriate any Marketplace functionality outside its normal, intended use;
- Avoid overloading the Marketplace in any manner;
- Refrain from harvesting data from the Marketplace on a large scale without prior written consent from IZY.LIFE;
- Not employ robots, spiders, scrapers or similar automated tools to browse or extract Marketplace data;
- Abstain from any advertising activity on the Marketplace without IZY.LIFE’s prior explicit approval.
Where a Product has been sold, the Purchaser consents to the disclosure of his or her first and last name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number to the Seller. Users undertake to keep this information confidential, not to disclose it, and not to infringe the privacy of other Users—specifically, they shall not send any messages, objects or advertising materials by postal, telephone or electronic means without prior consent.
Users must keep their username and password confidential. They bear sole responsibility for any use of their Account—even without their knowledge—by a person using their credentials. If they become aware of fraudulent use of the Marketplace under their identity, they must immediately inform IZY.LIFE. Users also undertake not to create or use any accounts other than the one they originally created, whether under their own identity or that of a third party.
Indemnification. The User shall indemnify and hold harmless IZY.LIFE, its officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, action, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (i) the User’s breach of these Terms, (ii) the User’s misuse of the Marketplace or Services, or (iii) any content or data posted, stored or otherwise transmitted by the User via the Marketplace.
In the event of a breach of any of the foregoing rules, IZY.LIFE reserves the right without compensation unilaterally to suspend or terminate these Terms and any related agreements, block Orders or Services, and/or restrict the User’s access to all or part of the Marketplace, in accordance with the procedures set out herein.
14. Withdrawal / Termination
14.1 Right of Withdrawal for Consumer Purchasers
The withdrawal conditions applicable to each Seller are set out in that Seller’s own Terms and Conditions. Nevertheless, under EU consumer-protection legislation, a consumer has 14 days in which to exercise the right of withdrawal from any distance-selling contract. These statutory provisions are mandatory and may not be derogated from, even by the Seller’s specific terms.
Accordingly, the Seller acknowledges that the Purchaser has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date the Sales Contract is concluded to exercise the right of withdrawal and request cancellation of the Order, without having to give any reason and without incurring any penalty.
The Purchaser may exercise this right before the expiry of the fourteen-day period, without having to justify the decision or bear any costs, by choosing one of the following methods:

- Account interface: using the withdrawal option available in the Purchaser’s Marketplace Account;
- Model form: completing and posting the model withdrawal form (set out below) to the Seller’s postal address indicated in the Virtual Store.
To: Seller’s name, with registered office at Seller’s postal address

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the sale of the following Product/Service:
Description of Product/Service–Order number
Ordered on: date
Purchaser’s name: full name
Purchaser’s address: postal address
Purchaser’s signature (required only if this form is submitted on paper):
Date: dd/mm/yyyy
If the Purchaser exercises the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of subscribing to the Service or purchasing the Product, the Purchaser will be refunded in full, free of charge, by the Seller, using the same payment method employed for the original transaction.
In such a case, the Seller must reimburse all amounts paid for the Service or Product without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Purchaser’s decision to withdraw.
For the avoidance of doubt, under applicable law the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to order or clearly customized to the Purchaser’s specifications;
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items;
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Goods that have been unsealed or damaged by the Purchaser after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The Purchaser must act in good faith and return Products only if they are in perfect condition (undamaged, unused, unsoiled, not unsealed), in their original packaging and with all accessories and documentation; in particular, the Product(s) must not have been used in any way incompatible with their return.
Returned Product(s) must also be accompanied by the invoice for the Order and/or a copy of that invoice and/or the Order number so that the Seller can identify the relevant Order and Purchaser.
The Purchaser is liable if the Product is returned damaged, in a condition that prevents resale, or depreciated through handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. If the Seller receives a returned Product in such condition, the Seller will notify the Purchaser by e-mail and return the Product to the Purchaser.
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the Seller acting directly or by instructing IZY.LIFE will refund the Purchaser the price of the Product(s) covered by the withdrawal, including the initial delivery costs up to the cheapest delivery option offered on the Marketplace. The refund shall be made, via the Payment Service Provider, no later than fourteen (14) days after the Seller receives the returned Product(s).
IZY.LIFE will refund its Commission in a separate transaction.
14.2 Withdrawal by Professional Purchasers
No right of withdrawal is available or will be considered for professional Purchasers.
14.3 Immediate Termination of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
IZY.LIFE may terminate these Terms immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a serious breach, repeated violations, or non-payment.
14.4 Effects of Immediate Termination
All Product listings will be removed, any outstanding balances will become immediately due, and open orders will be either fulfilled or cancelled, as applicable.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable where performance is prevented by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, Internet outages, etc.).
16. Ratings
Through its subcontractor Trustpilot, IZY.LIFE provides Purchasers with a system for rating Seller performance once receipt of the ordered Product has been confirmed, enabling Purchasers to choose Products from the most reliable Sellers. Ratings are based on predefined criteria expressed via star rankings. Trustpilot administers this system, including all personal data collected in the rating process.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law reflecting IZY.LIFE’s registered office in Ireland and the courts of Dublin have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or performance.
18. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
