Developed with chronobiology principles in mind, Arkorelax Strong Sleep 8H offers a comprehensive approach to sleep by combining a high dose of melatonin (1.9 mg) with well-known plant extracts and vitamin B6 to support every phase of sleep.

Its innovative bi-layer tablet delivers active ingredients in two phases:

  • Phase 1 (rapid release – within 15 minutes): 1 mg of melatonin + passionflower and valerian to promote faster sleep onset and deep relaxation.
  • Phase 2 (sustained release over 8 hours): 0.9 mg of melatonin + vitamin B6 and California poppy to maintain high-quality sleep and reduce night-time awakenings.

With no risk of dependency or morning drowsiness, this supplement supports your natural sleep cycle — ideal for people dealing with stress, sleep disturbances or irregular schedules.

Take 1 tablet per day, 1 hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
